Path: Sex Offender > Reports > Annual Admissions and Exits Summary > Enter Fiscal Year > Click Get Report
The report has four columns, representing 4 fiscal quarters and an Annual Total column.
Exits by Reason
Displays All Exit Reasons for the Fiscal Year and the number of offenders who left for that reason by Fiscal Quarter.
Exit Reasons are compiled from Edit Treatment Record under Program Information > Exit Reason.
New Admissions
Displays total number of New Admissions.
New Admission is a client with a phase start date that falls with the selected fiscal year and fiscal quarter.
Phase Date is located on the Edit Treatment Record screen under Treatment Phases section.
