> Expand 'Inspection and Enforcement Information'

The Inspection and Enforcement Information section contains information for classification defining the type of facility.
Required fields are Facility Type, Facility Status, Facility Age Classification, Facility Ownership Classification, Facility Statutory Time Limit, Facility Built Date, and Facility Start Date.
If the Facility has closed, update the Facility Status AND the Facility End Date.
Sponsoring Agency and Sponsoring Agency Start Date are to be completed if the facility has a sponsor. If the sponsor for the facility is not listed in the drop down, please contact Infosvcs and it will be added to the list.
If you are unable to edit information in this section but need to, contact your S3 User Administrator or Infosvcs.
Click
button to retain information and return to the Facility Maintenance Search screen.
Click
button to exit screen and return to the Facility Maintenance Search screen without saving changes.
Changes made to the Inspection and Enforcement Information section may be accessed by returning to the Facility Maintenance Search screen and clicking on
. View Facility History is displayed, which includes a list of changes in descending date order. To view changes made on a specific date, identify the line which corresponds to that date and click
on the far right side of the screen. The Facility History Detail screen will display.
