Results based on parameters entered in Search
Incident Internal ID #, Incident Date, Incident Type, and Incident Status
Information from Special Incident that was submitted.
Resident Last Name, First Name
First and Last Name of Person Involved that has a status of Offender/Resident
Only one name will appear even if multiple People Involved have Offender/Resident status.

Click the 
icon to view the particular Special Incident
View only allows the user to see the information (no edits)
Inspection and Enforcement Review section is visible.
Click Search link at the top of the screen to perform another search.
Click Add Special Incident to complete a new Special Incident for I and E to review.
