Select search criteria to view submitted Special Incidents
Search
Facility Name
Select Facility, if want to see Special Incidents from a particular facility.
Leave blank to see all facilities
Incident Internal ID #
Enter beginning and ending numbers to search
To search for a single Internal Id #, enter this number in both fields (default)
Leave blank to see all incidents
Incident Date
Enter begin and end date would like to perform search
Use the calendar picker to enter date
Click on arrows to change month, click on year to change years
Incident Type
Select specific type, if known
Resident Last Name, First Name
Enter full last or first name
Incident Status
Open (default), Closed or blank to search for closed and open status's.
Assigned To (Primary and SO Monitor)
user's name (default)
Select any active Primary or SO monitor to show results for just that person.
Select blank to select all criteria that include any Assigned To or SO Monitors
Click
button to return Search Results
Click
button to put back criteria to defaults (Incident status = Open, Assigned To is self)
Click
button to clear out ALL fields
Click Add Special Incident link to complete a new Special Incident to I and E.
