Note: User must have 'IE Incidents Add, Edit, View, or Review' to see this link.  See I and E administrator for access to this section.

Select search criteria to view submitted Special Incidents

 

Search

 

Click Search_button.jpg button to return Search Results

Click Reset_button.jpg button to put back criteria to defaults (Incident status = Open, Assigned To is self)

Click clear_button.jpg button to clear out ALL fields

Click Add Special Incident link to complete a new Special Incident to I and E.
