Path: I and E > Reports > Report Name = Staff Assignment Report > Select report by = Staff Name > Click [Display Report] button

Displays generated report in separate pop-up window using Adobe pdf format.
Report header will display search criteria used to generate report
Order By is the sort order used to display report results
Staff and Facility are listed in ascending order
Primary, Program Monitor, Start Date and End Date are the information listed in the Staff Assignment screen.
Total is the number of facilities each staff member has listed.
File > Save A Copy to save a copy of the report to local computer.
Click 'X' in upper right corner to close report and return to Staff Assignment Search screen
