Facility Contact Mailing Labels

Path: S3 > Detention > Reports >

NOTE: User must have 'Facility Label' role.  Contact infosvcs for this role.

• Select Facility Contact Mailing Labels from Please Select a Report drop down

• Screen will refresh to display Select a Facility and Select a Facility Contact

• Select appropriate Facility

• • Only Active Facilities with a physical and mailing address appear in drop down.  

  • Default is first Facility in drop down

• Select Facility Contact

• • Displays the Contacts name, Role and if designated the Primary contact (default).

  • Contacts listed on the Facility Maintenance > Contacts tab that are active will appear in Facility Contact drop down.

• Click button to create label.

• • Label will appear in separate window

  • Example:

1. • Click 'File' - 'Print' - Select Dynamo printer - [OK] to print label to Dynamo printer label

   • One label prints at a time
