Path: Administration > Reference Tables > Select Reference Table = I&E - Disability Type > [OK]

Information displays in Complaint > Add/Edit Complaint > Disability Types field (displays when Is Resident Disabled = Yes)
Click
(delete) icon to delete a Disability Type.
If the Disability Type is being used within a Complaint, a user is not able to delete.
Click
(User Created By) icon to view when the record was created or last modified and by whom.

Enter Disability (required)
Enter Description
Active (Yes, No) (required)
Default is Yes
Sort Order (required)
Must be an integer
Must be within the current range or 1 integer greater
can not be zero
Click Add Disability link to add as a Disability Type.
Disability can not be the same as an existing Disability

Click
(edit) to modify information about the Disability Type.
Modify Disability, Description, Active and Sort Order as desired.
Click Update link to save changes
Click Cancel link to revert back information.
By making a Disability Type inactive, this selection will not longer be available in the Disability Type field on a Complaint.
Any complaints with this source type will remain the same.
