Information displays in Complaint > Review Complaint > Response Letter
Click
(delete) icon to delete a Form Letter.
Click
(User Created By) icon to view when the record was created or last modified and by whom.
ADD

Select Response Letter Module (required)
Displays list of entries from Reference Maintenance - Response Letter Form
Enter Category (required)
Brief description regarding the type of Complaint Category that may use this type of form letter.
Body of Letter (required)
Free form description of the body of the Response Letter
User will be able to modify body upon usage in Response Letter
Active (Yes, No) (required)
Default is Yes
Sort Order (required)
Must be an integer
Must be within the current range or 1 integer greater
can not be zero
Click Add Form Letter Template link to add as a Form Letter.
Form Letter Complaint Category, Category and description can not be the same as an existing entry.
EDIT

Click
(edit) to modify information about the Form Letter.
Modify Form Letter, Category, Body of Letter, Active and Sort Order as desired.
Click Update link to save changes
Click Cancel link to revert back information.
By making a Form Letter inactive, this selection will not longer be available in the Form Letter field on a Complaint.
Any complaints with this source type will remain the same.
