I&E - Sponsoring Agency

Path: Administration > IE Reference Tables > I&E - Sponsoring Agency > Click OK button

• Information displays in Sponsoring Agency under Detention > Facility Maintenance > Edit Facility > Facility > Inspection and Enforcement section

• Click (delete) icon to delete a Sponsoring Agency.

• • If the Sponsoring Agency is being used within a Facility record, user will not be able to delete.

• Click (User Created By) icon to view when the record was created or last modified and by whom.

ADD

• Enter Sponsoring Agency (required)

• Notes (optional)

• Start Date (required)

• End Date (optional)

• Click Add Sponsoring Agency link to add.

EDIT

• Click (edit) to modify information about the Sponsoring Agency.

• Modify Sponsoring Agency, Notes, Start Date, End Date as desired.

• Click Update link to save changes

• Click Cancel link to revert back information.

• • By putting an end date on a Sponsoring agency, this selection will no longer display on the Sponsoring Agency drop down.

  • Any facility records with this Sponsoring Agency will still display.

  • A Facilities start date must be before the Sponsoring Agency's Start Date.
