Visiting - Oak Park Heights

OPH limits visits to a total of 4 visitors(including children, babies) for contact visits and 3 visitors for non-contact. Any more would be considered special visits and must be pre-approved due to limited space.

Directions:  Take Hwy 36 east to Osgood Ave and turn right.  The facility is about one mile on the left side of Osgood Ave.  Click here for map

• July 4 (Independence Day)

• Thanksgiving and the following Friday
• Christmas Day
