Staff in this unit coordinate the department-wide Integrated Conflict Management System. This unit also coordinates: individual sites’ provision of conflict response to staff; training of program facilitators, circle keepers, workplace conference facilitators and conflict coaches; development and delivery of training to all department staff to increase conflict competence; policy and procedure development; and evaluation and research to improve the program.
