This unit is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the agency’s business continuity, internal controls and enterprise risk management plans. The unit also provides management, leadership, guidance and coordination for the development of advanced arrangements and procedures to ensure the agency can respond to disasters so that critical business functions, processes and systems can be resumed within a defined time frame to ensure agency loss is minimized and operations are restored in a timely and effective manner.
