Volunteers supplement services and programs offered by Minnesota Department of Corrections’ staff, supporting community reentry efforts and promoting institution safety. Volunteers assist the department in delivery of programs and services that help offenders become educated, self-efficient, law-abiding citizens. Volunteer Criteria
